The body of a woman who was reported missing from Fernleigh yesterday has been located at Tintenbar following an extensive search.

Patricia Jung, aged 65, was last seen exiting a car on Fernleigh Road, near Troughtons Lane, Fernleigh, about 11am on Monday (July16).

Officers from Richmond Police District with assistance from the State Emergency Service (SES) conducted an extensive search for her.

She was located deceased in Tintenbar about 4.30pm yesterday (Tuesday 17 July 2018).

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.

A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
