A cherry picker toppled approximately 14 meters to the ground yesterday in the Kyogle area.
The cherry picker was in an elevated position on the roof of a rural building when it reportedly moved and toppled some fourteen meters to the road below.
A 24 year old male was in the cherry picker as it descended to the ground. He reportedly suffered suspected spinal and pelvic injuries.
The Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter was called in around 1.45pm and the patient was been flown to Princess Alexandria Hospital in Brisbane. He is reported to be in a stable condition.
