Ballina Shire Council will close the Alstonville Aquatic Centre for the month of July for essential annual maintenance.
During the closure, the damaged roll-down blinds on the 25-metre pool will be replaced with framed fixed glazing that includes doors and windows.
The Aquatic Centre will close from Saturday 1 July to Monday 31 July.
Swimmers will be able to attend the Ballina War Memorial Swimming Pool, which reopens on July 1 following the completion of essential annual maintenance and installation of new doors and windows around the 25-metre pool.
Pass holders are reminded that they can access both the Alstonville and Ballina pool facilities.
