UPDATE: Police on Monday morning said the car involved in Tabulam’s fatal crash on the weekend was stolen.

EARLIER:NSW Police say that two teenagers have died, and three others have been hospitalised following a single-vehicle crash in the early hours of today.
Emergency services were called to Plains Station Road, Tabulam at at about 3.20am today, Saturday, 11 November, after reports of a single-vehicle crash.
Officers from Richmond Police District attended along with NSW Ambulance paramedics and found a Volkswagen Tiguan had lost control and hit a tree.
Two teenagers were declared deceased at the scene. They are yet to be formally identified.
Three teenagers were taken to hospital, with one in a serious condition while the two others are being treated for minor injuries.
A crime scene has been established and specialist officers from the Crash Investigation Unit are attending to examine the scene.
An investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Plains Station Road remains closed in both directions with local traffic diversions in place.
