Once the Brunswick Eco cruise, the M.V Jasmine is the newest venture from Out of the Blue Adventures and has been custom-built from the hull up and curated down to the last detail. It has been re-imagined as an 18-metre, multi-level luxury vessel – an adults-only floating dining and cocktail bar on the Brunswick River in Byron Bay.
It features a top-level, open-air deck with 360-degree views and a retractable canvas rooftop, providing spectacular sunset vistas.
Designed for both public events and private charters, the vessel accommodates up to 60 passengers. The afternoon/sunset series are 3-hour cruises starting at $119, and their long lunch series features eight courses by a feature chef, or their resident chefs from Maria’s at $220.
