A motorcyclist sustained serious injury after an accident near Murwillumbah on Sunday, 15 February.
Westpac Rescue Helicopter media say the accident happened around 5:45pm, and the helicopter’s critical care medical team were winched in and treated the male patient for multiple injuries alongside NSW Ambulance paramedics.
They say, ‘He was transported by road to Gold Coast Airport before being transported by helicopter to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition’.
