Upgrades of 500m of pavement between the showground and Amphitheatre Parklands are planned with drivers advised of changed overnight traffic conditions on Summerland Way, Kyogle from today.
Transport for NSW said in a statement, ‘Work starting Monday 23 March will be carried out from 6pm to 6am, and is expected to be completed by Thursday 26 March, weather permitting’.
‘Single lane, alternating traffic flow arrangements and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place during work hours for the safety of workers and road users.
‘Motorists are advised to allow up to five minutes’ extra travel time, drive to traffic conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
‘’Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time’.
