DJ Lady Kay in Lismore for Tropical Fruits.

Lismore just wouldn’t be Lismore without a New Year’s celebration full of Tropical Fruits and to close out the year, the Lismore Quad and Lismore Regional Gallery are putting on the perfect afternoon soiree on December 30.

As a pre-Tropical Fruits get together everyone is invited to bring picnic rugs, tipples and nibbles and enjoy tunes from the fabulously swanky DJ Lady K in the Quad.

The Regional Gallery will also open on Monday so people can experience the incredible Partnershipping and Alchemists exhibitions and much more in air-conditioned comfort.

The Quad Placemaking Officer Jane Fuller says they really want to put on a cruisy chilled arvo to welcome the enormous Fruits family. ‘We have an outdoor licensed bar and the Slate Café will be serving yummy food.

‘Bring your picnic rug, your clan, your furbabies and laze on the lawn at The Quad and wander through the afternoon. The fabulous Lismore Regional Gallery in the heart of Lismore is the perfect place to be pre-Tropical Fruits.’

Music from DJ Lady K plays from 2pm to 6pm December 30, in the Quad.
