
Two men and a woman have been refused bail as part of Strike Force Loth, a police investigation into the growing and supply of cannabis in the Kyogle area.
On Friday (September 9) strike force detectives executed simultaneous raids at three properties.
At a home on Old Mill Road, Roseberry, officers seized 39 cannabis plants, cannabis, an air rifle, ammunition and other items, and arrested a 43-year-old woman.
At a home on nearby Roseberry Creek Road, Roseberry Creek, officers seized 140 cannabis plants, cannabis, a .22 calibre rifle magazine, and other items. At 9:20pm a 61-year-old man was arrested near the home.
At a separate home on Old Mill Road, Roseberry, officers seized cannabis, a firearm magazine, ammunition and other items.
The man and woman were taken to Lismore Police Station and were each charged with supply commercial quantity of prohibited drugs, and supply prohibited drug on an ongoing basis.
Both were refused bail and are appeared at Lismore Local Court on 10 September, 2016.
About 12pm yesterday (September, 12) a 21-year-old man was arrested at a property in Old Mill Road, Roseberry.
He was taken to Lismore Police Station where he was also charged with supply commercial quantity of prohibited drugs, and supply prohibited drug on an ongoing basis.
He has been refused bail and is due to appear at Lismore Local Court today (September 13).
