Doug Walton won the Mullumbimby Open played in heavy and soggy conditions last Saturday.

All up 126 competitors  braved the wet conditions.

Doug Walton (Palm Meadows) was the Overall Gross Winner as well as the 2017 Open Winner with 69 gross.

Jay Mackenzie (Ballina) came in as runner-up with 70 gross.

A Grade Nett Winner: Dan Morgan (Ocean Shores Country Club) 66 nett.

B Grade Winner: Aaron Araby (Ocean Shores Country Club) 38pts.

C Grade Winner: Liam Reynolds (Mullum) 39pts.

Ladies Winner: Julie Griffin (Mullum) 30pts.

Veterans Winner: Greg Wornes (Mullum) 34pts.
