Following a sold-out inaugural event in 2025, Mullum Roots Festival returns bigger and bolder, taking over Mullumbimby with an expanded program, and an additional venue. The new space will host a Youth Battle Of The Bands and give more room for music lovers to gather, celebrate and connect.
The festival’s eclectic lineup features headline legends Mental As Anything – reunited for their 50th Anniversary Tour with original members Reg Mombassa and Peter O’Doherty – alongside three-time ARIA winner and double-platinum artist Alex Lloyd, and ARIA winners Busby Marou.
Nostalgic ‘90s favourites include Dave Graney and Clare Moore, Marcia Howard with Damien Howard, Lucie Thorne, and The Go-Betweens’ Lindy Morrison. Country and blues highlights feature outlaw storyteller Bill Chambers, and Mullum crowd-pleaser Jo Jo Smith.
Local talent is strongly represented with Kyle Lionheart, Zee Star and Hayley Grace, joined by Women Of Country, Abbie Cardwell, and The Bay Collective. The mix of established acts, emerging artists and community performers underscores Mullum Roots Festival’s reputation as one of the region’s must-attend music events.
Tickets are now on sale and extremely limited – less than 300 tickets remain. Act fast to secure your spot at this unmissable celebration of live music, community and culture in Mullumbimby.
Mullum Roots Festival is proudly sponsored by Stone & Wood, supporting live music and local artists.
