I live in Ocean Shores. Every Tuesday our homes are subjected to the dumping of large rolls of advertising material in our driveways and/or on our nature strips. Most of this rubbish is ignored by residents and left rotting where it was thrown days later.
This is environmental vandalism. Who is responsible for distributing this rubbish? Can Council do anything to ban the practice?
