The bush fire on Mount Nardi has the potential to put the ABC’s transmitter at risk.
ABC North Coast says people on the north coast could lose reception to the ABC free-to-air TV and analogue radio.
The next strongest transmitters in the ABC North Coast region are the Lawrence tower in Grafton at 738AM and ABC Murwillumbah via 720AM.
Those with working smart phones or other online connection can search for ABC North Coast, and choose ‘listen live’. https://www.abc.net.au/radio/northcoast/live/.
The ABC has been in full natural disaster mode this past weekend with regular bushfire updates and will probably do the same Tuesday, when the RFS is predicting catastrophic conditions.
