I have to acknowledge the eloquent detail of David Heilpern’s description concerning the issues around recalcitrant dog ownership in the Byron Shire, also Stephen McIllhatton re: some greater form of dog licence.
I have lived in South Golden Beach since 2005 and on any given day I’ve encountered aggressive, arrogant owners, either with their dog off-lead or at our dog-free beach. Peter Lawrence, where have you been?
