NSW Police says the man missing from Banora Point has been found safe. Police would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Banora Point.
Graham Hitch, aged 78, was last seen on Vintage Lakes Drive, Banora Point about 1pm yesterday (Thursday 21 November 2024).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers from Tweed/Byron Police District were notified and commenced an investigation to locate him.
Family and police hold concerns for his welfare.
Graham is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm – 180cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a blue jumper, khaki pants and glasses. He is known to frequent the Banora Point and Tweed Heads South areas.
Initial inquiries have established Graham may be riding a purple scooter.
