The Source Bulk Food
The Source has a range of more than 300 foods from dried fruit, nuts and seeds, local raw honey, super foods,to a great selection of flours and grains – including gluten-free, and lots of tempting snacks and treats.
Paul and Emma opened the Source 2 and a 1/2 years ago and love it when they hear their customers expressing pleasure at the quality of the food and being able to purchase just the right amount they need – from a teaspoon of spice, to kilos of lentils. Less waste, less packaging!
Emma says “The wonderful thing about the Byron Shire is the caring diverse community – locals are always quick to lend a helping hand. We often hear shoppers sharing recipes and cooking tips, and we love picking up new ideas to try at home ourselves.”
