YogaSynergyPicSimon Borg–Olivier MScBAppSC is coming back to Temple Byron with his workshop ‘Internal Health, External Power’ from 29 November to 1 December.

Simon is a well-known physiotherapist who has been practising yoga for 45 years. He is also the co–director of Yoga Synergy, one of Australia’s oldest and most respected yoga schools, and teaches a style based on a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and traditional hatha yoga. Simon has been invited to teach yoga and therapy workshops all around the world since 1990.

In this workshop Simon will teach how to increase your flexibility without painful stretching, how to develop strength without stress, how to use breathing for internal energy, how to mobilise your spine for greater core strength and how to use yoga as therapy.
