Get A Life Integrated Health

7. Get A Life Integrated Health

Beware of insidious mould with damp this summer!

Could mould mycotoxins be making you sick? High humidity and persistent damp are a perfect recipe for mould. The weather bureau has predicted a wet, damp, humid summer in the Northern Rivers. Mould can hide in places you least expect it and be a silent aggressor sitting in the background making you sick.

Common symptoms of mould illness include:
• A stuffy nose
• Wheeze or dry cough
• Asthma and/or phlegm in the throat or chest
• Night sweats
• Low energy or fatigue
• Brain fog
• Skin rashes
• Itchy or red eyes
• Joint and/or muscle pain
• Headaches

Check for evidence of mould on leather goods or a white dust under shelves. If you feel you may be experiencing symptoms of mould illness, give Verona Chadwick a call on 02 66252925. Simple investigations get to the root of your symptoms.

The Rainbow Health Centre

10. The Rainbow Health Centre

The Rainbow Health Centre was established in Lismore in 1983 by renowned naturopath Chris Russell. After her well earned retirement at the end of 2018, naturopaths Lee Vassella and Anna Lusty have now taken on the practice, having worked with and been mentored by Chris for almost twenty years. They are joined by naturopath Claire Patterson, and together the three are continuing to help clients achieve and maintain the best of health. Treatments are tailored to the individual and encompass several modalities including homeopathy, herbal medicine and nutrition. The centre continues to offer electrodermal screening, with an upgraded Bioscan system.
