Students at Byron Dance Dynamics have been thrilled with their results at the Lower Clarence Dance Eisteddfod held in Maclean from April 30 through to May 6.
This is the 24th year that the eisteddfod has been running and the 16th year that Byron Dance Dynamics has been participating.
‘Our students have worked particularly hard this year and their results have been excellent,’ Byron Dance Dynamics principal Kate Histon said.
Results for Byron Dance Dynamics are as follows;
8 years group Jazz 1st Place
10 years group Jazz 1st Place
14 years Contemporary 2nd Place
14 years Jazz Highly Commended
Solo and duo placings where as follows
Amelia Pollock received two first places and one second place, Jade Strain Ford one first and one second place, Georgia Sponder third place, Jade Rushwood first place, third place and Highly Commended, Evy Strange, Sahara Bruce, Scout Robinson-Gale and Zoe Certa received a Highly Commended.
