Byron Bay Rugby is one of nine clubs who have entered the Northern Rivers’ first women’s sevens rugby competition.
The team had a bye in round one but travelled away to play Grafton on Saturday afternoon.
The side went down 32–10 and will be after their first win when they take on Casino at the Byron Recreation Ground this weekend.
