Smooth, sultry and savvy old school vibes, with a new school twist. This is Righteously Soulful.
Righteous Voodoo is a soul-infused, seven-piece extravaganza of sound, who will be sure to get even the most conservative toes tapping. Their sound is forged in groove and founded in roots music – real music, played by real musicians.
They have shared a stage with the likes of Stan Walker and Paulini as a covers band, and headlined the Basement twice in 2012. The band has supported the likes of Directions in Groove, King Tide, Mike Champion, Thandiwe Phoenix, Vtribe and Suite Az at such venues as the Vanguard, Notes and the Sydney live Brewhouse.
If you haven’t caught them yet, check them out; your groove shoes will thank you later.
