Surfing mum Danya Hodgetts has a new a group that brings together other mums (and dads) with a love of the beach and surfing to socialise and surf.

‘The surfing mums group is a way to meet new people,’ she said, ‘and is a fun activity for the kids and allows some “mum time”.

‘It gives you the perfect guilt-free opportunity to go surfing. We have mums from Ocean Shores, Ballina, Mullumbimby and all points between.’

The Byron Bay surfing mums group meets every Friday at 9.30am. For more information, visit www.surfingmums.com.au.
