VARIETAL: Shiraz Grenache Mourvedre
VINTAGE: 2009
REGION: McLaren Vale
This 2009 GSM is a good example of the opulence you can enjoy in a glass of wine. It shows plenty of spice, dark cherry, blackberry and liquorice.
A blend of Shiraz (50%), Grenache (37%) and Mourvedre (13%), this wine is raring to go now, or you can cellar until 2019. Bright fruit notes are softened by the savoury character of the Grenache, leading on to a beautifully soft finish. Worth a buy.

Bonne Santé
Santé is now open at 10am, seven days per week, for a brunch with a twist. Here, they have a rep’ for a delicate pizza crust (among other culinary choices), and using that reputation, they’ve created a brekkie hybrid that’s being introduced on the brunch menu.
