After breaking the 35-year premiership dry spell last year the Mullumbimby Mens Hockey Division 3 team has gone back-to-back, winning the minor and major premierships for the second consecutive year.
They beat Burringbar Jags 5–0 in the Tweed Border Association Hockey competition.
The Mullumbimby Mudcrabs attack and defence were faultless on the day with Man of the Match Darren Hunter scoring a hat-trick and keeper Robert Barnes keeping a clean score sheet once again.
A great team performance showing that age is no barrier and training is not needed.
