A 36-year-old man has died after the car he was driving crashed into a signpost in Kyogle early this morning.
Police say that just after 3am (Friday), emergency services were called to Summerland Way, Kyogle, after reports a Hyundai Getz had left the road and crashed into a signpost.
The man died at the scene.
Officers from Richmond Local Area Command established a crime scene, which was forensically examined.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
