Yes, the site should be dedicated for social housing, if we have large areas of native bushfood gardens, based on indigenous knowledge, and housing is provided for free to those locals who can live off the land in a sustainable eco-residential area, we can solve the housing crisis. It should be a vegan community where no cars, meat or dairy are allowed.

It’s a floodplain. Floodwater gets 6′ deep through there.
It was an inappropriate site for a festival & is similarly inappropriate for any housing.
