It is fascinating, yet not unexpected, that Marianne McCormack’s response to my previous letter bares very little factual relevance to the content of my letter and had to resort to insult, exaggeration and spurious assertion.

One wonders how many international bodies and political leaders have to call out a decades long, expansionist, genocidal regime, and its pretence of justification before the penny drops with the Labor government.

I do not hate Jewish people, and resent any generalisation or inference in this regard.

At no time did I make any general criticism of Jewish Australians.

Dumb and watered down misrepresentation are the tools by which warmongers maintain the corporate military machinery, keeping the populace misinformed and controlled.

No response was forthcoming when the question was asked, ‘when will the wider Jewish diaspora in Australia strongly call out the actions of the Israeli and US governments on the illegal war, which has been ongoing in one form or another for decades?’

No honest appraisal of the actions of Australian dual citizens and their direct action in the IDF, and an illegal war was presented, and this should be investigated, as did happen, in the actions in Afghanistan.

How could these people not be complicit in genocide? I would love to know.

At no time did I mention ISIS brides, but only the children who (in typical far-right mentality) supposedly needed to be ‘de-radicalised’, (not grief or trauma counselling!)

At no time did I condone the actions of Hamas or ISIS. or other terrorist organisations…. (like the IDF!)

Marianne made no mention of the illegal war on Gaza, or Lebanon, or the illegal settler activities and the genocide which has killed and injured hundreds of thousands over decades, not to mention the restriction of aid by global organisations and horrific treatment of prisoners.

It’s fascinating that those who reject the smell of war, and the endless build up of armaments by governments and their evil financial priorities are seen as somehow loopy and naive.

If Marianne would like to keep up to date with the influence of Jewish lobby groups and the Israeli government in Australia, and the millions Australia gives to Jewish leaders and organisations, I strongly suggest she look at Michael West Media for an honest appraisal.

‘After $120 million on a Royal Commission, actual police and court evidence shows that Islamaphobia is a worse problem than antisemitism’.

‘Netanyahu has done a great job in interfering in Australia in getting Australian government subsidies’. (MW Media).

Marianne should also look up an article in Sydney Criminal Lawyers titled ‘The Royal Commission into Zionist Absolution and Palestinian Erasure’.

It is not antisemitic to want Israel to stop slaughtering Palestinians and their children, or to take over their land.

If the Australian Jewish envoy, headed by Segal, was seriously concerned with Australians conflating Israel’s atrocities with the Australian Jewish community, then a clear condemnation of those international crimes could arguably prevent this.
