A 57-year-old man will appear in Lismore Local Court today following a police raid on a property at Roseberry Creek, west of Kyogle yesterday.

Richmond Local Area Command police executed a search warrant at the property yesterday morning.

During the search, police seized in more than of 50 kilograms of cannabis leaf, 133 cannabis plants, 4 firearms, MDMA and $25,590 in Australian currency.

Police said the potential street value for the cannabis was estimated to be $100,000.

A 57-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to Lismore police Sstation where he was charged with Supply Commercial Quantity Prohibited Drug, Cultivate Prohibited Plant, Possess Prohibited Drug x 2, Knowingly Deal with the Proceeds of Crime, Possess Unregistered Firearms and Not Keep Prohibited Firearm Safe.

The man was refused bail to attend Lismore Local Court later today.
